A Few memorable dates

1984 – The Bradford Soup Run was founded after a bet in a pub

1991 – Our first ‘Pavilion’ – where we feed the homeless – was winched into place

1999 – Voted ‘The Best Community Group in Bradford’ – at Millennium Awards

2000 – The Pavilion was stolen. Five weeks later we got a bigger and better replacement

2001 – Commendation from the Bradford Divisional Commanders of West Yorkshire Police

2006 – Finalist, BBC sponsored British Food and Farming Awards

2007 – Our Director’s play with music, ‘Homeless!’ was premiered

2009 – 25 years of caring for the homeless

2013 – Gold Award winner in Sovereign Health Care Good All Round Awards

2014 – 30 years of caring for the homeless
