Congratulations to Marci Tipton for having the wisdom to marry, on the 12th, one of our Peacekeepers, Chris Kilcoyne.

The wedding took place in Gretna Green and, despite the appalling weather and lengthy trip, it was good to see them both so happy.

Marci is an ‘Merican’ and met Chris online; then they visited each other a few times and decided to cut down on airfares. When the red tape involved in getting a Green card is sorted, Chris will go to live on the other side of The Pond.

Until that time, he’ll be using his skills in diplomacy to ensure those who visit our Soup Runs can look forward to a peaceful time when eating a nourishing meal.

We wish them both well for the future.
